The Observer reports that a trial programme from the Home Office could see data from homelessness charities used to identify non-UK rough sleepers which could result in their deportation.

The Independent carries a poll on Brexit, suggesting that Britons would prefer Brexit to be scrapped or a second vote held rather than a no-deal exit delivered on October 31.

The Sunday Express suggests that Britain will “boom” should Mr Johnson be elected Conservative leader.

And the Daily Star on Sunday suggests Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe is close to death.
