Vote: Who will join Johnson on the final ballot?

With Rory Stewart's elimination on Wednesday, today will see two more rounds of voting by Tory MPs to establish which two leadership candidates will appear on the ballot sent to 150,000 party members.

Boris Johnson has enjoyed a commanding lead throughout the contest and is almost certain to remain in the top two.

Sajid Javid was expected to be eliminated yesterday, when Stewart ended up bottom of the poll. Assuming Javid won't survive the day, who will progress to the final stage: Michael Gove or Jeremy Hunt?
