Three teenagers who subjected school boy to six hour torture session for knocking over a drink jailed
Three teenagers have been jailed for subjecting a boy to a brutal six hour torture ordeal which involved burning his genitals with a cigarette lighter - because he spilled a drink.
The terrified 15-year-old schoolboy was held captive by the trio of thugs during which time he was slashed with a knife and had lit cigarettes stubbed out on his face.
He was also battered with a curtain pole, ordered to lick up the spilled drink from the floor and when he refused had a Pot Noodle poured over his head.
A court heard how the victim suffered serious injuries, including cuts and a badly broken nose, during the harrowing assault in the early hours of September 29 last year.
Kyle Ashton, 19, led the attack at his flat in New Moseley Road, Highgate, Birmingham after flying into a rage that his visitor had spilled a drink on the floor.
Birmingham Crown Court heard how the level of violence escalated as Ashton ignored the victim’s desperate pleas for the punishment to end.
Christopher Pyatt-Pierce, 18, who arrived at the flat just before midnight, joined the torture session and punched the teen several times.
His sister Lucy Pyatt-Pierce, 18, was said to have instigated the assault, goading the boys to lash out and filmed it on her mobile phone.
The boy − who was also stripped of his clothes − was eventually freed after 5am and was found by a member of the public wandering the streets in just a T-shirt.
Fearful of further repercussions the youngster initially told officers he’d been robbed by strangers.

But he eventually disclosed what happened and managed to point out Ashton’s flat during a drive around Highgate.
All three offenders were arrested at their home addresses on October 1 and charged with wounding and false imprisonment.
On Friday Ashton, now of Hinckley, Leicestershire, was jailed for eight years after being found guilty of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and false imprisonment.
Lucy Pyatt-Pierce, of Stirchley, Birmingham, was caged for four years having also been found guilty on the same charges.
Christopher Pyatt-Pierce, of Perry Barr, Birmingham, was given a two year sentence having been found guilty on the lesser charge of wounding plus false imprisonment.
Detective Constable Sarah Proctor, of West Midlands Police, said after the case: "This was a brutal, degrading attack on a 15-year-old boy that was sparked by something as innocuous as spilling a drink on the floor.
"What followed was a prolonged and terrifying ordeal for this young man in which he feared for his own life.”
