Army veteran's painful recollection of preparing solider for burial after D-Day

D-Day veterans and world leaders have been taking part in emotional ceremonies to mark the 75th anniversary of the Normandy landings that did so much to turn the tide of World War Two.

The sacrifice made by so many has been summed up by one 97-year-old veteran, Alfred Fuzzard, who spoke of having to prepare the body of a fallen solider for burial.

He says the discovery of a personal photograph on the soldier's body is a memory that has vividly stayed with him throughout his life.
