Dog walker seen kicking and stamping on animal

A dog walker was spotted repeatedly kicking a dog's head into the ground after having viciously yanked at its lead at a park in west London.

The witness, a mother who recorded the footage, first noticed the woman screaming at her two pups.

The attack was supposedly unprompted, with the witness stating: "As you can see the dogs did absolutely nothing wrong to give her any type of reason to do this."

The attacker left the park through Wellington Road, Uxbridge, before police were able to arrive on Sunday.

The woman who launched the attack was described as blonde, medium height and was wearing white leggings with patterns on them and a dark camouflage jacket.

A spokesperson for the RSPCA said: 'We are concerned by the content of this video and urge anyone who recognises the person in the video or who saw what happened to the dogs to contact us, in confidence, via the RSPCA inspectorate appeal line on 0300 123 8018, quoting incident 697/01/04/2019."
