Cyclist dies after Highland road crash

A cyclist has died after a collision with a car in the Highlands.

The 57-year-old man was on the B9152 between Aviemore and Kincraig when the crash happened near Loch Alvie on Monday.

Police Scotland said he died in hospital the following day.

The driver of the silver Kia Picanto car was not hurt.

Officers have appealed for witnesses to the collision which occurred at around 3.25pm.
