Man arrested after bus driver threatened with knife in hijacking
A 33-year-old man has been arrested after a bus was hijacked at knife point in Co Down.
The incident took place just before 8pm in Dundonald, Co Down.
Police say the driver of a Translink bus was threatened by a man armed with a knife at the bus stop on Cairnsmore Avenue in Ballybeen.

The man forced the driver to drive for a distance before forcing him and passengers off the bus at knife point.
The bus was then involved in a collision a short distance away at which point the hijacker fled.
Police arrested the suspect in Millars Lane a short time later.
