Tropical storm Pabuk causes flooding in Thai tourist spot

Tourists on the Thai island of Koh Samui endured the worst of Tropical Storm Pabuk.

But while the worst of the storm may have passed, strong winds and choppy seas persist and flooding is widespread.

The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said the storm had affected 210,000 people, with three fatalities and one person missing.

The footage in the video above shows the extent of the flooding in Koh Samui, with streets usually buzzing with tourists largely submerged.
