Trump criticised for failing to recite Apostle's Creed at Bush funeral
Many in the media have criticised US President Trump and first lady Melania Trump for not reciting the Apostles' Creed during former President George HW Bush's funeral service.
All the former presidents and their wives could be seen reciting the creed but the Trumps stood silent.
Mediaite journalist John Ziegler pointed out the move by Trump and accused him of not knowing the words.
"It's SO weird that Barack Obama (the 'Muslim') knew all the words to the Apostles' Creed, and Donald Trump (the Evangelical hero) didn't know any of them, and didn't even bother to read them," the columnist tweeted.

Other reporters and outlets slammed Trump for standing silent, including journalists from Newsweek and CBS.
Trump, a nominal Christian, cannot even be moved to read the Apostles Creed along with other presidents and their wives. How #sad. #BushFuneral

Interesting moment — Trump and Melania don't utter the Apostles' Creed, while the other former presidents and former first ladies in the front row read it from their pamphlets.
