Cyclist almost hit by train in second video released by Dutch rail agency

The Netherlands' ProRail agency is warning of the dangers of what it calls 'unguarded' rail crossings, with the release of a second video showing a shockingly close encounter between a cyclist and a train.

Three people have been killed using the crossings so far this year, the agency said, most recently a 47-year-old man on November 17.

Last month, the agency shared a video of a near-miss between a cyclist and a commuter train in Geleen, which you can see below.
