Climate change pensioner superglues herself to Buckingham Palace railings

A climate change pensioner from the Extinction Rebellion protest on Saturday superglued herself to railings right outside Buckingham Palace, right under the noses of a large police presence.

Jenny Shearer said she had come to speak with Prince Charles and his son, to see if they would join the rebellion as they both cared about the environment.

A specialist police team was drafted in to remove her using solvents.

Shearer was arrested along with 13 other protesters.
