Strange phenomenon of localised rain filmed in China

The unusual phenomenon of localised rain has been filmed in a region of China.

In the video above, a cyclist stays dry as he stares at the downpour directly in front of him.

The footage was captured in Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province and it's reported that the localised rain only lasted for around 10 minutes.
