Apartment in London’s Knightsbridge sells for £160m

An apartment in central London has been snapped up for £160 million, it has emerged.

The home, at the luxury development of One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, London, is described as a flat/maisonette in Land Registry records, which show the transaction took place in May.

One Hyde Park overlooks bustling Knightsbridge as well as Hyde Park.

The Guardian’s website reported that the block where the apartment is situated is said to have particularly good views of the park.

Property website Rightmove recently said there have been signs of confidence returning to the London market, particularly at the higher end.
