Great gran passes her driving test aged 75

A great gran has become one of the UK's oldest learner drivers to pass their test aged 75 - more than half-a-century after her first lesson.

June Evans first got behind the wheel in 1967 but packed it in after a few lessons to bring up her children.

The retired hairdresser, who has two grown up sons, three grandchildren and one great grandchild, started taking lessons again from husband Brian when she turned 60.

She decided to learn after Brian, 83, decided to stop driving due to his age and to "re-live her youth".
