The Queen has pulled out of a St Paul’s Cathedral service today, due to ill health.

The ceremony was due to be attended by Her Majesty, but she’s “feeling under the weather”, royal correspondent Emily Nash reports.

Angelina Jolie attended the Service of Commemoration and Dedication, which marks the 200th anniversary of the Most Distinguished Order of St Michael and St George.

For the event, the Oscar-winner wore a very regal ensemble of a dove grey, cowl-neck dress with white gloves and a structured hat.

The Order of St Michael and St George is a British chivalry honour, awarded to men and women who hold high office or who show extraordinary or important non-military service in a foreign country.

It can also be given for important or loyal service in relation to foreign and Commonwealth affairs.
