Meghan's dad criticises the Queen for meeting Trump before him

Meghan Markle's father is reported to have criticised the Queen for meeting Donald Trump before him.

Thomas Markle is quoted as saying: "If the Queen is willing to meet our arrogant, ignorant and insensitive president she has no excuse not to meet me - I'm nowhere near as bad."

The Queen is due to meet Trump when he visits the UK next month.

Mr Markle missed his daughter's royal wedding to Prince Harry on May 19 because of health issues.
