CCTV footage shows knife-wielding thief robbing McDonald's and stealing Monopoly cards

Terrifying footage has captured the moment that a masked raider waved a knife at McDonald’s staff and stole a box of cards for the restaurant’s Monopoly game.

The man entered the McDonald’s store on Coldharbour Lane in Hayes, West London on March 23 at 2PM.

The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that the suspect is black and was wearing a hooded top, white gloves and black trousers at the time of the incident.

The man reportedly wielded a knife at staff and took the box of cards and vouchers before fleeing the scene.

‘Although he had his face covered, it is possible that someone may recognise his clothing, or may have heard someone talking about this robbery’, Detective Constable Emma Brookes said.
