The UK has seen travel disrupted in freezing weather as the Met Office warned snow is set to fall in almost every area in the coming days.

This week is forecast to be one of the coldest of the winter so far.

Up to 2cm of snow was reported in Kent and Essex on Monday and the bad weather caused several crashes on the M20.
