Mel B and Stephen Belafonte settle domestic violence claims in divorce

Melanie Brown and estranged husband Stephen Belafonte have reached an agreement over the domestic violence issues in their ongoing divorce battle.

Former Spice Girl Mel B agreed to drop the temporary restraining order she filed against her spouse in April.

Brown, 42, had claimed she was subjected to emotional and physical abuse from Belafonte during their 10 year marriage.

They are due to go trial over their divorce in Los Angeles on Monday.
