Four Weddings And A Funeral set for TV remake
Hit British film Four Weddings And A Funeral is being remade as a TV series.
The 1994 romantic comedy has a huge worldwide success and made leading man Hugh Grant a household name.
American comedienne and writer Mindy Kaling will write and executive produce the series, which will follow a group of friends through the five events of the title.
The movie's original writer Richard Curtis will executive produce the new project for US streaming site Hulu.
It's unlikely to include the same cast as the original movie, which featured Kristin Scott Thomas, John Hannah, Simon Callow, James Fleet and the late Charlotte Coleman.
