The UK's most popular homes - you won't believe number one
Browsing property listings is a guilty pleasure for millions of us, as we daydream about alternative lives.
But which properties attract the most interest? Rightmove has put together a list of the ten most-viewed homes on the market - and they might not be what you'd expect.
10. The Dolls' House
This dinky little cottage packs in two reception rooms, a kitchen, shower room and bedroom into a tiny 339-square-foot space. The rooms are all near-triangular, making it even more cosy. It's currently a holiday let, say agents Mather Partnership, who are asking £250,000.

9. The Q Tower
A former Martello Tower dating back to 1810, The Q Tower in Felixstone, Suffolk, was built to defend the south-east coast during the Napoleonic War. It's now a three-bedroom home, up for sale for £750,000 through Strutt and Parker.
8. Shakespearean manor house
This party house is in Nether Alderley, Cheshire, and has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, five en-suite rooms and a cinema - as well as a lake. Naturally, it's not cheap, with a £7.25 million price tag.
7. Private island
Tigh Na Sith, on the Isle of Lewis, is perfect to get away from it all, especially as it has its own 'spa style' relaxation suite with indoor Endless Pool and sauna. Agents CKD Galbraith are looking for offers over £310,000.
6. The Atrium
This five-bedroom house, in Hengoed, Mid Glamorgan, has already sold, for an asking price of £700,000. It's full of light, with large windows and balconies to enjoy the lovely view.
5. Woodpeckers
Now off the market - presumably, it's been sold - this eight-bedroom mansion has five reception rooms, a one-acre landscaped garden, a gym and an indoor swimming complex. The asking price was just under £7 million.
Would you like to live in one of these half-price homes?
4. Victorian estate
This imposing country house is a lot more modern inside than you'd expect, with a cinema room and a bar with a light-up fish tank. Set in 12 acres, it's listed as 'price on application' - if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it.
3. Church for conversion
Some work's been done to turn this church in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, into a five-bedroom home. But there's plenty more to be done, which is why agents Reeds Rains are only looking for offers over £150,000.

2. London mansion
This huge house in Totteridge has its own golf course, outdoor swimming pool, cinema room and bowling alley, along with seven bedrooms and 11.5 acres of land. It's up for sale with agents Beauchamp Estates for an eye-watering £16 million.
1. Three-bed semi
There's only one reason this rather ordinary house topped the most-viewed list - and it's not the garden or the views. By dressing up as a parrot for the agent's photos, the owner got an enormous amount of interest, and the house sold for £225,000 in super-quick time.
