Jungle contestants Scarlett Moffatt and Carol Vorderman will have to feast on camel nipples, turkey testicles, cow anus and vomit fruit as part of the second Bushtucker Trial.
The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! twosome were the latest celebrities voted for by the public to take part in the gruesome challenge, to be aired on Wednesday night.
Gogglebox star Scarlett, 25, faced a record 120,000 critters for the first challenge, the Tomb of Torment, and said she had a "Mystic Meg" moment that she'd be voted for in the second challenge of the ITV reality show being filmed in Australia.
Talking to Countdown's Carol, 55, she said: "It might be an anus muffin or sommatt", adding that if there was "garnish" on the side she would be fine.
She later quipped: "One of my favourite foods is doner meat and that's a doner, it isn't even like a real animal. I don't know what I'm eating when I (eat) that so I think I'll be fine on this trial."
The trial, called the I'm A Celebrity Big Bush Bake Off, sees the duo gagging through five rounds of stomach-churning meals prepared for them by the resident camp chef, Scary Berry.
For each round they complete successfully they will win a star, worth a meal, for their fellow campers.
The menu includes chocolate nip cookies (camel nipples), French knackeroons (turkey testicles), Bum-offee Pie (cow anus) and Sicktoria sponge (vomit fruit).
Before the trial, Carol confessed: "I promised my mum that I wouldn't eat anything rude if I got this trial."
Previewing the trial on Monday night's episode, hosts Ant and Dec referenced the BBC's loss of popular baking show The Great British Bake Off to Channel 4, saying: "That looked like a great trial, so good in fact that Channel 4 have just bought it for £75 million!"
"Now there's not a soggy bottom in sight ... yet," Dec joked as he explained the trial to the celebrity diners.
The results of the trial will be shown on Wednesday evening.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! airs on Wednesday night on ITV at 9pm.
