Quick - British Airways are offering a free first class upgrade, but it won't last long
We've all dreamt of a free upgrade on a long-haul flight, but the chances of it actually happening are pretty slim.
It's not like you haven't tried before, but no matter what you do - checking in early, charming the ground staff, and of course dressing like you're going to an interview - it never seems to work.
This is why we got very, very excited about the latest offer from British Airways.
A FREE first class upgrade for passengers travelling between 23 December 2016 and returning by 30 December 2016.
And, okay fine, you do have to have a Club World (business class) ticket to begin with, but technically speaking you're still getting more bang for your buck.
Sara Dunham, head of marketing at British Airways, said: "We always get a great reaction from customers to our upgrade to First promotions.
"For no additional cost, travellers receive all the extra benefits of First, from the bespoke lounges to the comfortable suites on-board and personalised service
"It's a really nice way for us to recognise our customers and give them something back as a thank-you for their booking and their loyalty."
If you do decide to treat yourself you can expect an Egyptian cotton duvet, a quilted mattress adorning a 6ft bed, luxury PJs, unlimited Champagne and a meal put together by world renowned chefs.
The offer is valid on tickets booked between September 7 and December 11 that meet the criteria. For more information visit here.
