These are the Brits you'll want to watch on Day 7 of the Rio Olympics


We're very nearly a week into the Rio Olympics, with just nine more action-packed days to go.

On day seven of the games, here are the Brits you should keep an eye on.

1pm - Shooters Amber Hill and Elena Allen begin their quest for a medal in the women's skeet.

1.35pm - Jessica Ennis-Hill gets her defence of the women's Olympic heptathlon title going alongside team-mate Katarina Johnson-Thompson. Jo Pavey is also in action in the women's 10,000 metres, with the final scheduled for 3.10pm.

2pm - Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro will lead Britain's charge for dressage team gold in the equestrian.

3.04pm - Defending Olympic pairs champions Helen Glover and Heather Stanning will be seeking to retain their title, while there is also British interest in the women's lightweight double sculls and the men's four.

10.20pm - The men's team pursuit final is likely to see Sir Bradley Wiggins go for what would be his eighth Olympic medal, and fifth gold. The women's team sprint final gets under way at 10pm.

2.20am - Jazz Carlin will be looking to follow up on her 400m freestyle silver in the 800m final, with American Katie Ledecky the favourite. Michael Phelps is also in the men's 100m butterfly a little earlier.
