Boy, 15, arrested in east London on suspicion of encouraging terror

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of encouraging terrorism, police said.

Counter-terrorism officers raided an address in east London at 8.15am on Thursday and arrested the teenager, Scotland Yard said.

The property is now being searched by police, while the boy is being held in custody.
