Everyone loves a helping hand toward their weekly grocery shop, including the Queen. Queen Liz looked overjoyed as she bagged herself a Tesco voucher at the Royal Windsor Horse Show this afternoon.
Her horse, Barber's Shop, won the RoR Tattersalls Thoroughbred Ridden Show Horse Championship at the event.
She attended the annual show in the grounds of Windsor Castle wearing a floral headscarf, a blue cardigan under a dark blue quilted gilet and a long grey checkered skirt. Equestrian chic? Nailed it!
The monarch appeared delighted as she was handed the gift card on Thursday.
The Royal Windsor Horse Show, which will host one of the main celebrations for the Queen's 90th birthday across the four-day event, had been affected by bad weather.
A waterlogged car park forced the cancellation of the preview performance on Wednesday but the sun was shining as the main equine eventing got under way on Thursday.
On Sunday, the Queen will attend an evening of music and equestrian displays featuring performers from countries including Oman, Chile, New Zealand, Canada, Fiji, Australia, Azerbaijan and the UK.
The event will celebrate her life and love of horses.
