Two die after double-decker bus crashes into Sainsbury's store

Two people, including an eight-year-old boy, have died when a double-decker bus ploughed into a Sainsbury's supermarket, West Midlands Police said.

The boy, who was travelling on the top of the bus, died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

And a woman, believed to be in her 70s who was walking along the street, also died in the crash.

Specialist officers are supporting the families, the force said.
