Ainsley Harriott cooks up a treat for Strictly Come Dancing partner Natalie Lowe

Strictly Come Dancing's Ainsley Harriott is proving he is sizzling - off the dance floor.

Harriott put his chef skills to use by cooking his dancing partner, Natalie Lowe, a delicious meal - inspired by their dance this week.

The couple will be dancing the tango to Voulez Vous by Abba and the performance is going to be set in a Parisian bar.

Lowe tells Harriott she'll teach him to dance, if he cooks her a meal.

The end result is a delicious moules Mariniere.
