eBay grows fastest in UK

The UK has become the fastest growing territory for eBay and the company's activities over here arte outpacing most e-commerce growth as a result. Given that e-commerce growth averages 15% that's a pretty reasonable rate when the economy overall is more or less flat. You could imagine this is at least partly because people are selling stuff to make cash but eBay doesn't think this is the reason for its growth.
