Video: OAP avoids home delivery charges with his trusty scooter

We have all left the shop wondering how we're going to get our new purchase home, but when you're in your seventies and have nothing but a mobility scooter to get you home...perhaps buying a new carpet was a bad idea.

Gary McKenna filmed this old gent in Wincanton, Somerset with his mobile phone as he wobbled along the road at heady speeds of up to 8mph, blocking the road entirely. Good job he was wearing a fluorescent jacket. Click on the link below to watch the video.
