Mouse deer the 'height of a pencil' born at Bristol Zoo

Bristol Zoo Gardens has released video of a tiny lesser Malayan mouse deer that was born at the zoo in March.

The tiny deer stands eight inches tall at the shoulder, around the same height as a standard pencil, the zoo said.

Video released by Bristol Zoo shows the fawn in its enclosure just a day after it was born, on March 25.
