We've got delicious freebies on offer this week - with everything from free ice cream and crisps, to free chocolate milk and malt loaf. On the other hand, if you're willing to be a bit more experimental with your eating habits, there's also a decidedly less mainstream snack on offer, because Edinburgh Dungeons are giving away limited edition lollies - in blood bile and phlegm flavour. Apparently it's part of a Plague promotion at the attraction - which sounds nice.

Sainsbury's continues to be a real favourite with freebie hunters, with a couple of offers on this week. The first is from Walkers. It has reformulated the recipe of Walkers Baked crisps, to include 50% less fat than the average potato crisp - and a new chicken and thyme flavour. It is trying to encourage people to try it out, so if you shop online at Sainsbury's, you can get a bag for free. Just add a Walkers Baked six pack multi-pack to your trolley, enter FREEOVENBAKED at the checkout, and as long as you arrange delivery by the 8th August (or before the 8,000 they have on offer run out), you'll get your crisps for free.
Another freebie on offer from Sainsbury's at the moment is Cocio Classic chocolate milk. It has been around since 1951, and still just contains three ingredients: milk, cocoa and sugar. You can drink it hot or cold, and you can try it for free if you shop online, put a 270ml bottle in your trolley, and enter the code FREECOCIO at the checkout. The deal lasts until 8th August, or until all 1,000 of the freebies have been claimed.
Free Prosecco and olives
If you have an O2 phone - even if it's a pay-a-you-go SIM, you can download the O2 priority app, and get your hands on all sorts of freebies. At the moment, if you eat at Zizzi, then there's a deal on the app which lets two of you have a free glass of Prosecco and a portion of mixed olives to share - as long as you both plan to order a main course. Just show the code on your phone when you order the bill.
Free Soreen malt loaf
The users of Latestdeals.co.uk have spotted that Soreen is advertising for taste testers for its malt loaf. If you sign up, you'll get one of their delicious malt loaves for free. You'll need to be quick through, as these opportunities don't tend to last terribly long.
The final deal sounds a bit odder. To launch their seasonal Summer show "Escape The Plague" Edinburgh Dungeons have created three bodily fluid Not So (N)Ice Lollies in Blood, Bile and Phlegm flavours. The bizarre freebies are on offer to the first 150 people who show up at the Edinburgh Dungeon this Saturday (the 22nd) and shout "Escape the plague". The 'lucky' 150 will get free entry to the exhibition too.
