After a scorching week, temperatures in the 20s feel like blessed relief. However, given that we're fully acclimatised to drizzly and miserable summers, there's every chance we could do with finding ways to cool down this weekend regardless of the drop in temperature.

We've tracked down a handful of brilliant freebies, which not only bring some relief from the heat - but offer a bit of a treat too - from ice cream to spa days.
Free ice cream
The users of Latestdeals.co.uk have spotted that if you buy any two frozen 'Taste of Summer' products from Iceland, you get a free tub of Triple Chocolate Italiano Ice Cream. The ice cream only costs £1.50, so it's not a life-changing offer. However, it's summer; it's ice cream; and it's free - which can't be a bad combination.
Free body spray
If you have to be in close proximity to anyone in this heat, it's well worth arming yourself with a good coating of body spray. New users of Topcashback.co.uk can get their hands on a fairly swanky one from Victoria's Secret for nothing. Magic Freebies has tracked down the deal, which offers 100% cashback on the £8 sprays from Fragrance Direct - and will also cover the cost of delivery.
Free £10 voucher
If the body spray doesn't appeal, and you haven't signed up for Topcashback.co.uk yet, there's an alternative deal on at the moment, offering a £10 voucher to spend at Lastminute.com. Simply sign up to the website to qualify. The offer is valid for new members until midnight Sunday 2nd July, and you can find all the small print on the website. Free cocktail

There are loads of events going on, including 'beat the instructor' style challenges and team workouts - alternatively you can just spend the day relaxing in the pool. You just need to check whether there's one near to you, then register online in order to book your place.
