Free beer, Prosecco and olives, snacks, cereal and theme parks

Freebie Friday from Punch Taverns, Zizzi, Kelloggs, Kiddylicious and Gulliver’s World

Freebie Friday theme park

Fun for all the family tends to come at price - and theme parks are some of the worst offenders. Once you have started the day with breakfast, visited the park - complete with snacks - and then provided the beer and Prosecco to help mum and dad recover from the experience, you'll fork out a small fortune.....
Unless, of course, you get your hands on these brilliant freebies.

Free beer
Each year Punch Taverns give away thousands of pints of lager and bottles of cider in England and Wales - and there's no catch. All you have to do is sign up online and you'll get a voucher on your phone or tablet. This doesn't guarantee your freebie, however, you'll need to pop into your nearest Punch Tavern, show the voucher, and hope they have some left from their allocation (80 per pub). If you track down a pub with spare freebies, then make sure your nearest and dearest sign up, so you can all claim your freebies. The deal runs until 29 May, or until the freebies run dry, so it's worth trying sooner rather than later.

Free Prosecco and olives
If you are on the O2 network, and you're a fan of Zizzi, then this deal is a nice little bonus. If you have the O2 Priority App, you can claim a glass of process and a portion of mixed olives for two when you order any main course. Just mention Priority when you order and show your code to waiting staff when you ask for the bill

Free snacks
Kiddylicious make snacks for babies and toddlers, so they are designed to be healthier than most similar snacks. However, they contain fruity sweet things, and crunchy crispy things, so they should still appeal to kids. The users of have spotted that you can try a pack for free if you sign up online, and give them some feedback about your favourites from the range. You don't even need to tell the kids that they are relatively healthy.

Free cereal
Kellogg's has brought out a new variety of its Special K brand - Special K Nourish has seeds and clusters, and in order to encourage shoppers to give it a try, Tesco is giving boxes away for free. The users of have spotted that you just add a box of the cereal to your online shopping basket, enter the code GRKLGY, and it will take £3.99 off your bill.

Free tickets to Gulliver's World
This is one for the forward-planners, because the users of have discovered that on Father's Day weekend (17th and 18th June) dads get in for free at Gulliver's World. Given that online adult tickets cost £16.95 to Gulliver's Land, it's quite a saving. If you're not in the area, other users have chipped in with Father's Day free entry deals they have spotted across the country, so it's well worth checking out the thread for more offers - there are freebies for everywhere from The Big Sheep to Twycross Zoo, so there should be one to suit.
