All over the country, people are stuffing their faces with chocolate - but for most of us Tuesday means the end of the feast.
For some lucky people, though, nibbling chocolate is all part of a day's work. It may not be great for the waistline, but it's certainly good for morale.
We look at five current job vacancies where chocolate is one of the perks.

Luxury chocolate firm Lindt is opening a new store in Gloucestershire and is looking for a store manager. You'll need previous retail management experience, along with good communication skills. But there's a great benefits package on offer, including healthcare and a bonus scheme - as well as a chocolate allowance.
You'll need previous experience for this chocolatier job, based in Leigh in Dorset. You'll be coming up with new recipes - the more creative the better, says the firm - and of course testing them out as you go. On top of the chocolate, you'll get between £22,000 and £26,000 a year.

Chef de partie
Hotel Chocolat grows its own cocoa in St Lucia, and features it throughout its restaurant and cafe menus, with highlights including cacao braised beef cheek and mac 'n cheese with cacao ketchup. It's now looking for a chef de partie with at least three years' experience at its Leeds outlet. And, like most chefs, you'll get meals provided, along with a £19,000-£21,000 salary.
The Glasgow branch of the Cocoa Bean Company is looking for a workshop leader at up to £8.45 an hour. You'll be supervising 'hands-on' sessions for adults and children learning to make their own chocs. There's a staff discount - and, we'd imagine, plenty of opportunity to sample some of what's produced.

Customer service advisor
A chocolate tasting club based in Ringwood, Hampshire, is looking for a customer service advisor. One of the most important qualifications for the job is a love of chocolate, and you'll also need previous customer service experience. Along with the £16,000 pay, you'll get training that involves product tastings - and 'frequent' competitions with chocolate prizes.
