A mum-of-two has branded herself "Britain's most prolific complainer" claiming she can make nearly £400 a month just by moaning.

The full-time mum is urging people to take on companies who treat them poorly.
She told The Sun: "I've always been the type who speaks my mind so complaining about bad service has never been a problem."

Recent complaints have landed her a meal for two worth £80 and a £90 spa break at a posh hotel.
Vanessa, of Cleethorpes, Lincs, has also netted a number of free passes worth £155 to Flamingo Land theme park in Malton, North Yorkshire.
Babycare vouchers from Huggies and Aptamil, plus others from Boots and Marks & Spencer, also arrived after similar protests.
Her method is mainly via telephone or face-to-face with the manager — and she believes there has never been a better time to complain.
Vanessa said: "Most companies are really afraid of people bad-mouthing them on social media, so the power is really in the customer's hands.
"The vouchers and freebies might not be much, but they all add up. You'd be surprised at how easy it can be."
Marc Gander of the Consumer Action Group, said: "I take my hat off to Ms Gilby for being so good at exercising her consumer rights.
"A lot of people can be reluctant to complain as they feel embarrassed.
"It is something not enough of us do."
