It looks like Apple won't be side-stepping Black Friday this year, with a new poster on their site suggesting prices will be cut instore and online.

However, unlike plenty of other stores, it looks like Apple will only be running discounts on the big day itself.

The advert (pictured below) states: "Friday can't come soon enough. Our one-day shopping event will be here before you know it. Come back this Friday to tick everyone off your list."

Retailers including Currys, Tesco and Argos have already starting slashing prices with week long sales on offer.

While there is limited information at the moment, plenty of Apple fans will be hoping the tech giant will be dropping prices across the board.

Seeing as the Apple Watch features very prominently on the site's promotional image, can we expect significant discounts on the sought-after wearable tech? Who knows!

One thing that is for certain is that Apple will be offering free next-day delivery on all orders over £40 as long as you place you order by 7pm on the day.

It also appears that they will be giving shoppers more time to buy with information on extended opening hours instore.

With links through to gifts, music, photography, games and toys hosted on the page, it's possible these are the main areas in which Apple will be cutting price tags.
