Lottery jackpot rolls over to £24.2m
Lottery players will be licking their lips in anticipation at a jackpot of almost £25 million on Saturday after no one won the top prize in Wednesday's draw.
The winning Lotto numbers were 2, 22, 29, 30, 36 and 58, while the bonus number was 53.
Set of balls seven was used in draw machine Merlin, Camelot said.
No players matched all six main numbers - meaning Saturday's jackpot will be £24.2 million - or the second prize of matching five out of the six with the bonus ball.
Just 52 ticketholders matched five out of six numbers to each win £1,190, while 3,270 players scooped £122 for matching four numbers.
Some 85,439 ticketholders pocketed £25 for matching three balls.
No one scooped the top £500,000 prize in the Thunderball.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 1, 7, 15, 21 and 32, while the Thunderball itself was 8.
No-one won the Lotto HotPicks top prize of £350,000.
