It's Black Friday! The most popular shopping day of the year is finally here!
It's the perfect time to pick up some heavily discounted big ticket items with major reductions across a number of UK stores.

How can I protect my Black Friday spending?
When shopping online it's important to make sure all the anti-virus software on your computer is up to date.
This time of year, and especially Black Friday weekend, is a popular time for cyber crime and scams.
If paying for items online always use a credit card rather than a debit card or pay through PayPal to protect yourself as much as possible.

Accessorize - deals have started!
Accessorize are here to help as the temperatures in the UK start dropping. Their Black Friday sales are currently focused on hats, scarves and gloves so there's no excuse not to stay warm this winter!

For Black Friday 2015 Amazon offered three different types of offer: Weekly Deals, Deal of the Day and Lightning Deals. Some of the best discounts included £75 off an Xbox One, £30 off a Kindle Paperwhite and Sage by Heston Blumenthal the Nutri Juicer down from £149.99 to £89. Argos - deals have started!
The retail giant has put together a number of handy tips for Black Friday shopping, including: checking opening times, keeping a list of purchases and making the most of the extra staff working on Black Friday. Head to argos.co.uk to see the biggest discounts.
Current deals include: savings of £130 on a Dyson vacuum cleaner which is reduced to £189.99, £80 off a HP 15in Intel Pentium 4GB laptop, a Bush Spira 32GB tablet down from £149.99 to £79.99, 20% off a HP 15" 8GB laptop, now selling for £319.99. You can also save 25% on furniture when you spend £150 or more on indoor furniture by using the code 'FURN25' you can also save 10% on any desktop monitor using the code 'MONO10' at checkout. ASOS - deals have started!
ASOS is one of the most popular fashion retailers on the internet for both men and women, with a huge number of brands available. This year they will be taking part in the 'Cyber Weekend' and offering up to 70% in their outlet store before then. Find all deals here.
Current deals include: £32 off a Liquorish Maxi Dress, £113.50 off a Ted Baker shoulder bag, £20 off New Balance men's trainers, now on sale for £60 and £35 off a Le Breve men's Trench Mac, now discounted to £55.
Boots - deals have started!
Boots have kicked off their Black Friday event with huge discounts the following departments: luxury, fragrance, electrical, health, baby, toys and beauty.
Current deals include: Remington Shine Therapy hair straighteners reduced from £79.99 to £36, Remington Men's Health Titanium Shaver reduced from £199.99 to £47.99 and an Oral-B Pro 6500 Electric Toothbrush reduced from £190 to £69.99. Find all deals here.
Currys PC World - Black Tag deals have started
Curry PC World are on your side too with their dedicated Black Friday 2016 page and deals instore and online. Not only can you 'register your interest' which means you'll have deals sent straight to your inbox but they've also listed a host of top tips for shopping with them this 25 November.
Current 'Black Tag' deals available: the HP All-in-One PC was originally £699.99 but is now on sale for £499, saving you £200.00, the Seiki 32" LED TV is now just £99.99 having been reduced from £179.99 and a Samsung Wireless Sound Bar was £279.99 but you can now pick it up for just £129. Debenhams - deals have started!
The department store are not only offering deals on the day itself, but all week with as much as 50% off in some areas.
Current deals include: save 60% on a Prestige Stainless Steel five piece pan set, reduced from £132 to £88, save 50% on a Jasper Conran handbag, reduced from £250 to £125 and save 55% on a Silentnight Celestial Divan Bed and mattress, reduced from £865 - £1,330 to £389.25 - £598.50. Disney - deals have already started!
The Disney Store's Black Friday deals started on Monday 21 November and will run until Thursday 24th November, just before midnight. This means that Disney won't actually be offering any of their deals on Black Friday itself so it's worth getting in now while you have the chance!
Current deals include: a Buzz Lightyear Talking Figure reduced from £27.99 to £23.79, a Talking Interactive R2-D2 toy reduced from £34.99 to £29.74 and a Mickey Mouse and Friends Christmas Advent Calendar reduced from £14.99 to £11.99.

Superdrug starting releasing their Black Friday deals on Wednesday 23 November and customers will be able to get their hands on some of these great savings until Tuesday 29 November.

Tesco - deals have started!
Last year Tesco pushed their opening time back to try and reduced the pressure of crowds coming to the store. Instead of opening at midnight as they had done in 2014, they opened at 5am. You can expect discounts on electricals, homeware and clothes among others. Tesco's Black Friday deals are live as of Monday 21 November.

Clothes shops aren't missing out on the big deals this Black Friday either. Topshop are offering up to 50% off selected lines instore and online between 24 - 28 November so you have until Monday night to pick up a bargain!
