Reality TV star, and model, Kendall Jenner, has splashed out an impressive £4.9 million on a new house in Beverley Hills.
The first clue she gave that she was ready to move on from her LA condo was Tweet that she was a bit short of wardrobe space. Anyone expecting her to invest in a bigger closet underestimated her property ambitions, because in fact she went for four extra bedrooms. And thanks to online property listings, we can see exactly what she got for her money.
The six-bedroom house is in a fashionable corner of Los Angeles (unsurprisingly), perched above Sunset Boulevard's most famous celebrity hangout Chateau Marmot. However, it manages to be away from prying eyes, because it is hidden down a private, gated driveway, and features six bedrooms, five bathrooms - and an impressive bespoke walk-in wardrobe.
The vast expanses of glass in every room give a feeling of being in the garden - and the floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows in some of the bedrooms demonstrate that Kendall clearly has a head for heights.
One wall of glass in the living room, meanwhile, is a 'vanishing wall', which directly connects it to the sunbathing area outside.
There is plenty of entertaining space too, as the house has a stunning roof terrace with panoramic views over West Hollywood. The place even comes with a bar, pool, gym and media room.
The home is currently a beautiful and understated joy, featuring plenty of glass, white walls and dark wood floors. It used to belong to A-list couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, who added the third floor and the pool, and clearly had an eye for interior design.
It's not known whether Kendall is set to change any of this, although the 20-year-old recently told ElleDecor that interior design was a real passion, so there's every chance she will want to stamp her style on the place.
Of course the good news for Kendall fans who can't wait to see what she does with her new home, is that there are bound to be plenty of photos on Instagram.
