Tom Cruise sells mega mansion for $39 million

Mission Impossible actor, Tom Cruise, has been dabbling in a bit of property recently.

Cruise has just sold the Beverly Hills mansion he used to share with the ex wife Katie Holmes for $39 million (£30,049,813) and he's laughing all the way to the bank .

Tom bought the posh pad in 2007 for $30.5 million which means he will be collecting a $8.5 million profit from the recent sale.

The home is definitely spacious and includes seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and it sits on more than 10,000 square feet .

The gated estate isn't lacking amenities either, there's a swimming pool, children's playground and both tennis and basketball courts.

Tom seems to be cutting all ties with Los Angeles as he recently unloaded his Hollywood Hills home for $11.4 million to Eva Longoria.
