father carrying his son on...

Normally there are freebies available for every member of the family, but this week we are awash with freebies for dad. There's something of a meat and beer theme for those who love nothing better than a roast and a pint - or a beer festival - on Father's Day. For those with less cliched tastes, there's also free entry to a safari park, free skiing, and some free Father's Day chocolate.

Free lager
On Father's Day, all Dads can get a free pint of Stella Artois when they buy any main meal at Toby Carvery. To get the deal, you'll need to sign up for newsletter on the website and you will receive a voucher. Then you can pop down to your local Toby Carvery and show it to the waiting staff when you arrive.

Free beer festival
The users of HotUKDeals.com have spotted that you can get free tickets to Glamorgan Country Cricket Club's Father's Day Beer Festival at the club on Sunday. While you're there, you are also free to watch day one of the match against Kent - which is going on at the same time.

Free meat
Quidco is offering free Mattessons Savagers chorizo (3x25g). All you have to do is sign up to Quidco, buy the chorizo snacks online or from Asda, take a photo of your receipt, upload it, and then wait for the £1.69 to come straight back into your account. The deal runs until 21 June, but there are a limited number available, so if you're keen, you'll need to act fast.

Free safari park entry
Longleat is offering dads free entrance this weekend on Saturday or Sunday. To get the deal, the users of HotUKDeals.com point out that you need to book online, or print the voucher off and hand it in when you buy your ticket.

Free ski
Snozone in Milton Keynes, meanwhile, is offering dads a free snowboarding or skiing session when they book with any child on Fathers' Day.

Free chocolate
Thorntons is giving away a free 25g chocolate iced with the word 'Dad', which normally costs £1.50. It's only available to people on O2, with the O2 priority app. The deal is set to run until the end of the day on Saturday - or until stores run out - but it's going to be popular, so if you want your freebie you'll need to be quick.
