The beginning of this year saw a huge amount of talk about property prices recovering and confidence returning to the market. But while this may well be the case in some parts of the country, in others the recovery proved elusive.
Using figures from Zoopla.co.uk, AOL has identified the 10 cities where property prices rose the slowest in 2014. We discovered that in one city, price rises didn't top 1% over 12 months, while the top five returned growth of less than 2.5% each. So which cities have seen the slowest house price growth?
