You've probably seen their living room already; and if you like it - and have £3.5 million to spare - you could soon be sitting there yourself and criticising what's on television tonight.

Gogglebox favourites Dominic and Stephanie Parker (the posh ones) are selling The Salutation, their bed and breakfast in Sandwich, Kent.

The couple have become firm favourites of viewers of the Channel 4 show thanks to their unselfconscious (and alcohol-fuelled) comments on the evening's TV. The house has also appeared on the Channel 4 programme, Three in a Bed.

"If you enjoy having a nosey around other people's houses, you're going to love looking at one as impressive as this," says Matthew James, head of communications at Rightmove.

"Steph and Dom became a hit with viewers of Gogglebox and now that their house is for sale on Rightmove, I'm sure it will draw a crowd with those who want to see beyond the living room that became so familiar and get a deeper insight into the couple's luxury lifestyle."

The Grade I-listed property was designed by the renowned Sir Henry Lutyens in 1911, with gardens inspired by Gertrude Jekyll, and boasts 16 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. There are seven reception rooms - including that familiar living room.

Outside, the 3.5 acres of land include a tropical garden, kitchen garden, vegetable patch and lake, as well as another two-bedroom house, a coach house, a gardener's cottage and a gate house.

"The Salutation is a wonderful property that will clearly appeal to the Lutyens 'nut', but also to those who wish to own a very special house with simply exquisite gardens," says James Cleland of agent Knight Frank Country.

"Its architectural appeal is right up there with the very best, hence its Grade I listing, and, on top of this, it has fabulous space within the house as well as superb secondary accommodation."

The Parkers have apparently had enough of the hotel business, and want to spend more time with their two children - although there has been talk of a chat show, giving the pair the chance to use their talents in a more professional setting.

The house would make a superb family home, although it's also a successful business, with room prices starting at £160 per night.
