She's one of the most famous cats in the world - though she doesn't look happy about it. Grumpy Cat has 231,000 Twitter followers and 1.6 million friends on Facebook. Oh and then there's the small fact that she's earned her owner $100 million (£60 million), according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Grumpy Cat - real name Tardar Sauce - became an internet sensation after her photo was posted on Reddit on September 22, 2012. She suffers from feline dwarfism and has an oddly-shaped jaw, giving her a furious expression.
"Grumpy Cat can walk fine, albeit with a wobble in her back end sometimes," say owners Tabatha and Bryan Bundesen. "She has feline dwarfism and her back legs are a bit different, which is why you see her often sitting in an odd position. Also, she was not bred to be a munchkin cat. She was born from two normal domestic cats."
Some people suggested that her picture had been photoshopped, leading the Bundesens to post a video on YouTube - a video which quickly went viral. Since then, she's gone viral, featuring on both the front page of The Wall Street Journal and the cover of New York Magazine last year.
Inspirational it isn't. "It's not whether you win or lose - it's how you refuse to participate," reads one of her bon mots. "Frown and the whole world frowns with you," reads another.
Grumpy Cat has been estimated to make as much as $42,000 a year in advertising revenue alone from viewings of the YouTube video. But she's not the richest YouTube cat.
Most of Grumpy Cat's earnings come from the spin-offs, such as her books, calendars and even personal appearances.
