It's an entertainment special this week. If you want to make the most of a warm weekend and laze in the garden with a book or a magazine, we have the reading material for free. If you fancy getting out and about we have two football-themed days out, and if you just fancy a games night in, we can supply the games for free too.

It all goes to prove that there's only one thing better than a weekend of entertainment - a weekend of free entertainment.

The Week aims to bring together the big news and important comment from the week - along with interesting features and entertaining facts. The idea is that you get your weekly fix of news from around the world in one handy bite-sized chunk. Free museum visit

If you're a Manchester United fan - or a David Beckham fan - then there's a great free day out this March - if you're not then this could be your idea of the worst possible day out! Users of have spotted that the Manchester United museum is offering free entry all month. You can find out about the history of the club, see David Beckham and play some interactive games. There's no need to book or print off a voucher - although if you want a tour of the stadium while you're there you'll need to book and pay for this in advance.

Free World Cup event

Coca-Cola is running four big events to publicise the 2014 World Cup. They'll take the trophy to four cities in four days, where you can sample coca-cola, join the activities, and see the World Cup itself. You'll need to register for the trophy viewing room - where you can see the trophy and have your photo taken with it - it's free but tickets are limited.

The events will take place on Friday 14 March at Westfield in London, Saturday 15th at George Square, Glasgow, Sunday 16 March at The Hayes, Cardiff, and Monday 17 March, outside Asda Eastlands Supercentre, Manchester

Free dominoes from Chicago Town

It's amusing, and it's free. Chicago Town has run surveys for a while, asking people whether they prefer Chicago Town or Dominos pizza. Now it says it is celebrating coming out on top by giving away 1,000 packs of dominoes every week. You'll need to go to the Facebook page and click on the 'free dominoes' icon. If there are any left for the week you'll be able to fill in your details and get a free pack.
