Last month, 21-year-old Alan Bacon made headlines around the world when he revealed what had happened during a job interview at a Currys superstore in Cardiff.

While interviewing for a position as a sales assistant, he was told to dance to a Daft Punk song, a situation "like a scene out of The Office", he said. Currys has since apologised, and said that such requests don't usually form part of its recruitment process.
