Cineworld must sell cinemas in three areas after the competition watchdog ruled its takeover of the Picturehouse chain could drive up prices for film-goers.

Cineworld said it will "reluctantly" sell Picturehouse cinemas in Aberdeen and Bury St Edmunds, and is weighing up whether to sell a Cineworld or Picturehouse outlet in Cambridge.
