Tesco recalls frozen turkey dinner

Tesco is recalling a frozen turkey dinner after a manufacturing error meant the packs could contain an all-day breakfast meal, and therefore an egg.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued an allergy alert following the mix-up because the meal poses a potential health risk to consumers with an intolerance of eggs.
