Driver caught faking CCTV to dodge speeding fine

Roger More, a 44 year-old motorist from Plymstock in Devon, has admitted faking CCTV images in order to avoid a speeding fine. He filmed his car on his driveway to prove he wasn't speeding at the time. However, he was caught out by the shadows on his fake footage.

But you don't have to go to these lengths to avoid a speeding fine.
